Aged Care Services
Helping you understand your options when you or a loved one need a little (or a lot!) of care.
Are you or a loved one contemplating aged care?
Are you simply looking to be prepared for the services you may need to call upon in the future?
Or are you facing significant decisions now?
Aged Care can be an incredibly overwhelming process as decisions often need to be made quickly and can be a stressful experience for all involved.
Australia’s Aged Care system is complex.
Making the right decision for you or a loved one will require an understanding of the many possible services, interpreting dozens of acronyms and navigating substantial fees that can be many hundreds of thousands, even millions, of dollars.
Our Aged Care services are designed to help those at all stages of care needs.
From those simply understanding the options and deciphering the different services and their associated fees, to those needing more comprehensive guidance.
Our advisers can help you or your loved ones to understand how aged care will impact their specific financial situation and develop a plan to fund higher care needs.
At the heart of our aged care service is a compassionate and empathetic team who strive to instil peace of mind and confidence, and who are here to help to avoid any pitfalls.

Step 1: Understanding the Aged Care System & Fees (General Advice)
You’ll meet with our Aged Care Specialist, Erin Coyle, to understand how the aged care system works, your retirement living options, and the main types of aged care fees, with a summary to take away.
You’ll be able to ask questions, clear up common misconceptions, and discuss the flexibility available when care is needed.
You’re welcome to bring trusted family members or friends.
Erin will also introduce you to the Care & Co team and their online portal. We collaborate to ensure families are supported through all aspects of their aged care journey, spanning both financial considerations, and care & housing services and options, so you can:

Meet Erin Coyle
Your Aged Care Specialist
Erin is an experienced Financial Planner advising on a wide range of financial strategies, specialising in Aged Care.
Erin experienced the difficulties of Aged Care first hand, when she was assisting her grandparents with the process to move into residential care.
She saw how frustrating and complicated the process was, and how little help and support there was available to make sure she was making the right decision for her loved ones.
This makes Erin the perfect fit for understanding the financial and emotional complexities of the Aged Care process.

If you decide to partner with a different firm, it is encouraged to ask whether they are independent or accept commissions from providers.
