• Responsible Corporate Governance – using voting rights to promote responsible management and leadership behaviour, advocating appropriate executive remuneration and creating value for shareholders.

Our passion for each of these areas often sits on a spectrum. When thinking about how we invest our money, we find that most people who want to invest in line with an ‘ESG’ framework would do so only if it is not to the detriment of their investment outcomes and the goals their wealth is aiming to achieve.
